Welcome!
My name is Jessica Mills and I am currently a Salesforce Administrator at Snapchat, Volunteer Salesforce Administrator, Tahoe Dreamin' Organizer, 8X Salesforce Certified & 5 Star Trailhead Ranger.
My Salesforce Trailblazer journey started during my second month of college when I was a student at the University of Colorado at Boulder. I was 18 years old at the time. I heard about a meeting with free food and ended up co-founding the first-ever Salesforce Student Group in the world. Over the past 5+ years in the ecosystem, my passion for Salesforce has become a significant part of my life.
I enjoy giving back to my community. In addition to my full time role, I volunteer as a Salesforce Administrator at the Rocky Mountain Youth Leadership Foundation, where I implemented Salesforce at in 2019. I am also an organizer for Tahoe Dreamin' Salesforce Community Conference and previously volunteered as a mentor for the Salesforce Talent Alliance Career Cohorts program.
As a Salesforce professional, I love creating innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform to solve challenges that businesses are facing. I have experience implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
My Trailblazer story would not be complete without touching on the topic of mental health. Shortly after beginning my Salesforce learning journey, I experienced a series of manic and depressive Bipolar episodes. The Salesforce community and Trailhead learning platform helped me find inspiration in a time of darkness. If you would like to learn more about Bipolar disorder and my mental health journey, feel free to read the article I wrote about it. My Trailblazer Journey
A few years ago I came up with a life motto that I try to live by:
-
I view challenges as opportunities and struggles as strength builders.
